Nyn\u00ed obchodn\u00ed banky poskytuj\u00ed hypot\u00e9ky pouze ve v\u00fd\u0161i 90% a m\u00e9n\u011b a to z odhadn\u00ed ceny nemovitosti. Banky jsou tak\u00e9 povinny je\u0161t\u011b podrobn\u011bji zkoumat finan\u010dn\u00ed situaci v\u0161ech \u017eadatel\u016f. V\u011bt\u0161ina bank ji\u017e neposkytuje \u00fav\u011bry, ke kter\u00fdm nen\u00ed nutno dolo\u017eit p\u0159\u00edjem \u017eadatele. M\u011blo by se t\u00edm tak u klient\u016f p\u0159edch\u00e1zet neschopnosti spl\u00e1cet hypote\u010dn\u00ed \u00fav\u011br. Nyn\u00ed je umo\u017en\u011bno klient\u016fm p\u0159edem splatit a\u017e 25% \u00fav\u011bru ro\u010dn\u011b bez finan\u010dn\u00edho postihu.&#13; Hypot\u00e9kou bohu\u017eel v\u00fddaje na bydlen\u00ed nekon\u010d\u00ed.
